No. Credits go to your RMS company pool and can be split across any number of devices. A management pack is assigned to one device and cannot be moved after activation.
No. RMS data only counts traffic through RMS Connect and RMS VPN. Your mobile operator bills SIM data separately.
No. Management packs do not add Connect or VPN data. Use company data (converted from credits) or a connection data pack.
