1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this online store and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by Technical Fields Trading Co. (TEFCO), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. CR 1010838304, VAT 311453173500003.

Placing an order means you accept these terms.

2. Products and specifications

We describe products using manufacturer-supplied information from Teltonika Networks. Specifications, firmware and packaging may change without notice. Images are illustrative.

If a technical specification is critical to your application, confirm it with us in writing before ordering.

3. RMS licences

RMS credits, management packs, connection data packs and warranty extension packs are digital products delivered as activation codes by email after payment is confirmed. Their use is governed by Teltonika's RMS terms. Management and connection data packs are assigned to one device and cannot be moved once activated. Delivered codes cannot be returned.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals. VAT at 15% is applied at checkout.

We may correct pricing errors before dispatch or code delivery. Where a price is materially incorrect we will contact you before processing, and you may cancel without charge.

5. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch or send activation codes, not at the point of checkout. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, pricing was incorrect, or payment or delivery details cannot be verified.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in physical goods passes to you on delivery. Full details are set out in our Shipping policy.

7. Returns and warranty

Our Refund policy forms part of these terms.

8. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, loss of profit or downtime.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Saudi law.

9. Intellectual property

Content on this site is owned by TEFCO or its suppliers. Teltonika and RMS are trademarks of their respective owners.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute falls to the competent courts in Riyadh.
